Belle Angel spreads her wings with new book trilogy

The woman known as Belle Angel has sky-high ambitions in the creative marketplace. Accomplished Jamaican-American author, entrepreneur and actor, Dorcas M. Bennett, is set to release a trio of captivating books this fall, catering to all ages and genres with her latest works.

Through her Sacrod Books imprint, Bennett plans three book releases: Crows Don’t Lie, The Cawing and Xaymaca Rose. These books have been in the works for 20 years, having researched and travelled to bring them to life.

Crows Don’t Lie is a gripping fiction psychology mystery thriller set in Kingston, Jamaica and Jersey City, New Jersey. The Cawing is a tale of Jamaican mysticism and urban folklore, combining elements of local cultural traits and stories spanning generations. This book trilogy adds to Bennett’s impressive list of titles. These include Diary of a Virgin: An Angel Cured Me and Queen Dolphin of Love. There’s also Michael Jackson Seven Even, which details the K Tyler Beverly Hills owner’s bond with the titular King of Pop.
