Reggae Girlz striker, Khadija Shaw, will remain a Manchester City player for the foreseeable future after signing a two-year extension to remain with the English club.
Man City announced Shaw signed a new deal until the summer of 2026 on Tuesday. Shaw had one year left on her deal going into this offseason.
“Bunny” is coming off a career-best season with Man City Women, scoring 20 goals in the FA Women’s Super League, a tally only bettered by Aston Villa’s Rachel Daly (22 goals). Jamaica’s all-time leading international scorer also netted 31 times in all competitions for City this season.
Shaw was recently named City’s Player of the Season and has scored 50 goals in all competitions for the club since signing in 2021 from Ligue 1 Feminine side, Bordeaux.
