Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce wins national 100 m title at the Jamaica Olympic Trials

The Fastest Woman Alive, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, is off to her fourth Olympic Games after winning the national women’s 100 m title 🥇 at the Jamaica Olympic Trials on Friday night.

Decorated quarter-miler turned sprinter, Shericka Jackson (10.82) and reigning double Olympic champ, Elaine Thompson-Herah (10.84) rounded out the podium. All three will represent Team Jamaica 🇯🇲 in the women’s 100 at next month’s summer games in Tokyo.

Meanwhile, teenage sprint phenom, Briana Williams (11.01) finished fourth, securing her first Olympic berth, joining Jamaica’s women’s 4 x 100 m relay team.
