Jamaican actor Louie Rankin passes away

Teddy Bruckshut, Ox, or simply the Original Don Dada. We lost a great one as Louie Rankin, notable for his acting in cult classics such as Belly and Shottas, has died.

The St. Thomas native, born Leonard Forbes, passed away in a car accident in Ontario on Monday. He was also known for his 1992 hit single, Typewriter, which won a Grammy award.
