Asafa Powell to receive statue

The former world’s fastest man is up next to be cast in bronze 🙌 The maquette for the upcoming statue for the sub-10 king, Asafa Powell, debuted on Thursday and approved by the Olympic and world championship medallist.

Asafa’s statue, sculpted by Basil Watson, will be officially unveiled on February 9 at a special ceremony inside the National Stadium 😎
