Christopher Taylor smashes records as he wins men’s 400 m at national championships

Catch him if you can! There’s no stopping Jamaica’s newest phenomenon as Christopher Taylor set a pair of records as he comfortably won the men’s 400 m final on the last day of the 2018 JAAA/SVL National Junior and Senior Championships on Sunday.

The man nicknamed ‘Cubby’ set both a new national junior record and meet record with his win (44.88 secs) as he continues to make his mark with the big boys. Demish Gaye (45.23 secs) and Fitzroy Dunkley (45.77 secs) finished second and third. Watch the race from different angles!
