Team Jamaica’s women have been the story of Tokyo 2020 and they showed it once again on Friday, winning gold 🥇 in the women’s 4 x 100 m.

The team of Briana Williams, Elaine Thompson-Herah, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and Shericka Jackson ran a national record time of 41.02 seconds to take it home 👏

Additionally, it’s the first time Jamaica’s women have won the Olympic relay since Athens 2004. The 2004 team included Veronica Campbell-Brown, Tayna Lawrence, Aileen Bailey and Sherone Simpson.
